Adventure tour - A32: Pioneering Riding trip

This is a 3 days horseback or ox-cart trip from one end of the Terelj River range to the following the Highline Trail, which is the highest and closest trail to the Continental Khan Khentii Mountain Range.

 

Day1 Terelj National Park
Starting is from Hotel. Set from Ulaanbaatar to 'Princess' tourist camp 60 miles. Turtle Rock and the dinosaur statues are the main attractions. After field lunch the journey will continue to the Princess Lodge. Relax in national Ger in the beautiful Khan Khentii Landscape. Overnight at the Princess Lodge in the free nature. (L, D)

Day 2 Princess Lodge
Go by ox-cart to the river. Relax at the riverside and have lunch there. Possibilities for swimming and fishing. Evening enjoy the bonfire and sing with the musician, who plays the traditional instrument. Overnight Princess Lodge. (B, L, D)

Days 3-7 Khan Khentii protected area
Horse riding around wild Khan Khentii Mountain for 5 days. This trip covers 50 miles of trail in the Bridge Wilderness Area. The scenery is unbelievable with many breath-taking views. After breakfast ride to Asralt Mountain (2800m). On the way you can see wild green forest and mountain steppe, multicolor flowers and wild animals such as wolf, Elk, Deer and many different kinds of birds and butterflies. We serve you Western style dishes. Also in the evening you can hear forest animal sounds at the bonfire under a clear sky and stars. Overnights in tent. 7th day afternoon riding backs to Ger camp and finish riding. Overnight Princess Lodge. (B, L, D)

Day 8 Tour Ends
After breakfast drive to Ulaanbaatar. (B)
