10th February, Day 1: Arrive in Ulaanbaatar

Tour begins: Transfer to hotel. Café break at the Mini Café. Visit to National History Museum of Mongolia to get historical knowledge of the country, visit Sukhbatar Square (there is a Great Chinggis Khaan's Memorial complex now constructing) for city orientation. Dinner at the Modern Nomads restaurant with traditional Mongolian food.  Overnight in a *** hotel. (D)

11th February, Day 2: Fly to Khubsgul

Early morning fly to Murun 670km (1.50 hours).You will be met and several jeeps will bring you 104km across a jeep track north through to Hatgal village. It is another 3 hours drive from Moron to the Lake. Hatgal is located at the southern tip of the lake. We will come to a mountainous valley with forest and a river. Overnight in Ger Tourist camp (B/L/D)

12th February, Day 3: Ice festival

8.30 Breakfast
9.30 Drive to Ice Festival
11.00 Ice Festival opening greetings
Sacrificing ceremony of Haan Ih Saridag (King of Mountains – Saridag PMountains), Hatan Dalai Eej ( Mother Sea – Lake Khuvsgul)
13.00 Lunch
14.30 Participator in competitions, Reindeer and Horse Sledgers are will greeting guests. -
2. During that time horse sledging race’s participator will go to the initial speed of a running horse.
 3. Sumo wrestling on the ice. Tourists and Participators will make a bet for sumo wrestling.
4. Horse sledge racing competition will be start.
5. Ankle bone shooting on the ice.

17.30 5. Give awards to winners. Overnight in Ger Tourist camp (B/L/D)
 

13-14th February, Day 4-5: ICE FESTIVAL

11.00 Beginning Ice festival.
1. Reindeer sledging race Participators will go to the initial speed of a running     Reindeer.
2. Driving skills competition on the ice.
3. Hemp Rope pulling competition
13.00-14.00 Lunch 
4. Horse sledge racing competition with tourists (Tourists can drive themselves by horse)
5. Funny and interesting games.
6. Skating competition. /Anyone can join with skating/
17.30 Award ceremony Bon fire, Concert. Ice Festival closing ceremony

15th February, Day 6: Fly back to Ulaanbaatar

After breakfast fly to Ulaanbaatar. At the airport in Ulaanbaatar you will be met by our vehicle and transferred to your hotel. Today will be a day of guided sightseeing in UB, including shopping and free time. You will dinner at the restaurant. Overnight in Sunjin Grand ****Hotel. Sauna: Hardwood Charcoal Room, Loess Room and Log Room; Body&Food massage in Hotel. (B/L/D)

16th February, Day 7: City tou

At 9.30 visit Gandan Closter – the largest monastery and temple complex in use in Mongolia, built in 1810. In one of the temples there is the biggest standing Buddha (26.5meter) in Central and East Asia, Janraisig “all seeing Lord.
Zaisan Memorial visit Stand on the top of the Monument and enjoy a breathtaking view of the city. Free time and shopping. Dinner at the Mongolian Barbeque restaurant. Overnight in *** hotel.  (B/L/D)

17th February, Day 8: Journey Home 

Tour Ends: After breakfast at the hotel you will be taken to the airport for departure. (B)
